HP Recommended
This printer keeps printing only color mis-aligned. I've tried recalibrating, printing many cleaning pages, cleaning inside the unit which includes taking out toner, fuser etc and cleaning out all interior spaces as well as a firmware update. None of these have worked. This is printing like this from all PC's not just one.
Support told me simply "it's a hardware problem" with no other solution. Has anyone had any luck fixing this? Or do I need to get a whole new printer 😞
