İn Mecidiyeköy - İstanbul / Turkey , You really need to check your authorized service . 

Without any reosan , or explanation ,  They labeled my request as " user error" . When I asked them , What is my error for my printer which is still under guranteee, They said we dont know. 

Please Check them and worn them about their behaviour and , solve my ıssue

To assist you better, what is the issue with the printer?

Kindly elaborate.

Are you sure you went to an HP Service center? Or, was it a third-party service center?
