Computer not placing Print Jobs in queuje - cannot print

HP Recommended
Dell Vostro
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My computer no longer sends my Print Jobs to queue.  I've a fairly new HP OfficeJet Pro 6960 series (8 months) that has been working fine.

About two weeks ago, the computer stopped sending Print Jobs to the printer queue, so I can no longer print anything from my computer.  All diagnostics show printer is working fine - troubleshooting says everything is good ... with the printer. I am seeking any assistance or help.

Welcome to HP Support Forum. I think you need to remove the queue. For Windows, please try:

hold down the Windows key and press R.
from the Run window, type services.msc and hit enter.
if the machine asks for Admin you have to accept this,
look down to the print spooler service, right click it and select properties
    click on the Stop button,
browse to C:\Windows\System32\Spool\printers or C:\Windows\System\Spool\printers (this may be hidden)
delete the job inside this folder
    reboot the machine

Regards.
