HP OfficeJet Pro 9014 All-in-One Printer

MY HP Office Jet Pro (9010 series) stoped printing. Error message said I needed to clear paper jam. Could not find paper jam. All downhill from there. HP doctor found no problems except printer offline. Reset desktop to no avail. Then received message that I could not use cartridge until I signed up for Instant Ink (which I already have). Tried help again, but computer froze up. Will not even print test page. I'm at my wits end and don't know what to do next. HELP this senior citizen figure out what the problem is and how to fix it (short of buying a new printer).
