I have the HP ENVY 6000 All in one printer. It is connected to the internet and updated but wont print. When printing from the phone, it wont allow me to select the printer and acts like its not even there. The phone displays "This printer isn't available right now". I have tried printing direct and it still wont print. I have tried connecting directly via USB and it still wont register the device as avaliable. I print the information page using the button on the printer and all is good there but still wont print. I have tried turnning it off and back on. I have tried sending the print job via e-mail and it just gets stuck and still wont print. I dont know what else to do.
