I just get this printer and following errors show up

 

When trying to scan from the device says "not enough memory". when doing it from Mac book pro the scanner preview starts and you can see the machine trying to scan but freezes out and loops saying in the display scanning 

 

When trying to print a error says "connection error"

I will buy a device to connect the printer to the MacBook pro because it only have USB compact imputs, none USB

 

when selecting print test or page count or status, freezes out and the says, "error shut down"

  • Low memory on the printer: Ensure there are no large jobs in the printer's queue, as they can consume memory. Clearing the print queue might help.
  • Driver issue: Verify that you have the latest drivers installed for macOS. Visit the HP support website to download and install updated drivers for your model.
  • Connection issue: Since you're using a USB compact input, try connecting the printer directly with the correct cable or adapter to the MacBook Pro. Using a different connection method, such as Wi-Fi, might resolve the scanning issue.
  • Firmware update: Sometimes, firmware bugs can cause these problems. Update the printer's firmware via the HP website or using HP Smart.

Printing Error: "Connection Error"
