Consistent error state

HP Recommended
ENVY 5055
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Anytime we try to print anything at all from my computer or my husband's, we get an error notification. Things we have tried:

  • Restarting our computers
  • Wireless and Wired connection
  • Resetting printer to factory defaults
  • Checking the firmware (up-to-date)
  • Uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers
  • Removing the device from Printers and reinstalling it
  • Different paper/different ink cartridges
  • Moving the printer to a different part of the home with a better wifi signal

Literally nothing is working.
