Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9020
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Hello, there are many threads dealing with the recent upsurge of this error. Is there some fix in the works because no simple reset seems to do it. Some threads suggest there is a more profound reset that can be done, but it has to be specific to each machine. I'd be keen to know what it is as the printer is a large paperweight at present.
