Ever since I unenrolled from Insta ink I have constant issues. Literally the same day I unenrolled it hasn't worked since. All the lights flash. Right an E and zero 0 are flashing. The power light flashes. The info light is on and the ink alert light is on.  a couple weeks ago I replaced the cartridges even though there was no way they were low. I just don't print that often which is why I unenrolled. I looked in trouble shooting but there is nothing that resembles the flashing lights I have. I turned it off and on. I unplugged and plugged back in. 

 

Your online troble shooting is a joke. Why are there no representatives. A chat bot cant possible help resolve these kind of issues.

If you have canceled your instant ink account and are unable to use HP regular cartridges, here's what you need to know & do:

 

If you have an instant ink cartridge on your printer, remove it and discard that, you can only use regular cartridges on your printer once you cancel the program.

 

That said, if you have trouble using regular cartridges, I recommend you turn off the web service using the steps from this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04808536

 

when done successfully, check if it works fine.

Try updating the firmware. Click here
