Product: Photoamart 6280
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Continual paper jam alarm and there is no paper jammed. The  pick up wheels  in the paper tray do not operate.  Using HP paper.

Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - A 'Paper Jam' Error Displays on the HP Photosmart C6200 All-in-One Printer Series

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
