HP Envy 4500
Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite

I've been happily printing 9X6 envelopes for a  year using Word 14.7.2 on my MacbookPro with OS 10.10.5 Yosemite on an HP Envy 4500 All-In-One Printer. Suddenly in the middle of my usual print run, the envelopes started coming out all wrong and then the printer stopped. Now it says that the envelope size is not supported.

I tried getting the envelopes to print using different supported sizes, no luck there. No luck coming up with an alternate custom size. According to HP's support page, the printer should support 9/6.4 C5 envelopes, but C5 isn't on my list of supported sizes, either.

Is there something I could have done to make this stop working? Some setting I've forgotten?

I've been printing these envelopes first with our company logo from Word, then running those through again to print the addresses using Word Mail Merge. It was during a logo run that the printer quit on me.

Any suggestions sincerely appreciated!
