My Cyan color stopped printing.  I have a new HP Cartridge that was just installed but will not print Cyan.  The self test shows head health as GOOD but in the clean print head process shows no Cyan color being printed.  I have cleaned the print heads a few times and unplugged the computer to restart and tried a copy of color but still no cyan. Help??

If you have already performed the steps from the document  Black Ink  or Color not printing: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04100778 and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
