Hi @BucBobby,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP OfficeJet Pro 6975 is not printing cyan despite trying multiple troubleshooting steps, here are a few additional suggestions you can try.
- Check Ink Levels: Make sure the cyan cartridge has sufficient ink. Even if it shows full, consider replacing it with a new cartridge, as it might be defective.
- Run the Print Quality Diagnostic: Use the HP Smart app to run a print quality diagnostic test. This can help identify specific issues with the printhead.
- Clean the Printhead: You mentioned cleaning the heads, but it can be helpful to use the automated cleaning option through the HP Smart app multiple times.
- Check for Firmware Updates: Ensure your printer has the latest firmware. You can check this through the HP Smart app.
- Print from Different Devices: Try printing from another device (like a smartphone or tablet) to rule out any software issues on your primary device.
- Factory Reset: As a last resort, you might consider performing a factory reset on the printer. Be aware this will remove all your settings.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
