My cyan cartridge does not print, despite showing full ink capacity when I check ink levels.  I have tried two new cartridges with the same result.  When I print a report, no cyan prints out.   Black and white printing is fine, but color printing is streaked in places, with pink showing where there is no pink on the original.

i have cleaned the printheads 4 times, did an alignment, and tried a hard reset per another answer provided to someone who had the same problem (different model however).  I was thinking that maybe I need a new printhead, but would appreciate some advice.  I will only need color printing for the next couple of years, so was hoping to avoid getting a new computer when I have a slew of ink for this one!

Thank you!

Hi @Tom1mac2

If you have already performed the steps from the document  Fixing Print Quality Problems and  Color or Black Ink is Not Printing and  the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hope this helps!
