Hello,

 

Hope you are well,  please try the following , turn off the printer , unplug the printer from the electrical source and open and close the cartridge door 6 times, then reconnect the printer and turn it on, try the same step, open and close the cartridge door 6 times and machine may need to restart. If issue persists after that please reach support or take the printer to an authorized service provider.
