Guten Abend an Alle,

 

ich habe zwei HP Laserjet Pro 200 (276nw) beide an anderen Standorten. Doch beide mit der selben Meldung. Beide gehen ständig in Störung Papierstau. Immer die gleiche Meldung Stau im Druckerpapierpfad Fach1. Habe einen hinten komplett geöffnet doch ich finde kein Papier. Jetzt wäre die Fragen:

 

Hat jemand das selbe Problem gehabt?

 

Weiß jemand welcher Sensor dafür zuständig ist ggf. Bild?

 

Kann es auch an der Firmware liegen, da beide ein neues installiert haben? (Beide waren über PCs angeschlossen und wurden beide jetzt ins Netzwerk eingebunden. Dadurch bekam er natürlich jetzt Internet)
