I have a defective 62XL Tri-Color cartridge that is under warranty.
It will not print Cyan, but does print Magenta and Yellow.
I have tried all listed troubleshooting methods
How do I get a replacement?

I installed an HP color cartridge and it did not print all colors. I ran the header allignment 2 times and it did not help, I ran the clean the heads 3 times and it did not help. I went out and bought a new color cartridge and it works fine. I put the first one back in and it still did not print all the colors. I put the second one in and it still works fine. How do I return the defective cartridge and get my money back (these things are not cheap.
