hp 63 ink cartridge
macOS 10.15 Catalina

A new hp63 black cartridge did not have the tape attached to protect the contact area on the cartridge when the sealed pouch was opened.  After only a dozen prints it stopped working.  I want a replacement.  The package that I purchased is hp63 2-pack with a black cartridge and a color cartridge.

I understand you received a cartridge that was not sealed, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the replacements.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
