I bought a black HP 65 ink cartridge for my all in one 3755 desk jet and the cartridge is defective and can’t be read by the printer-I’ve tried all the trouble shooting steps and no luck. I inserted a different HP 65 and it worked so I know the first cartridge i purchased is defective. I’ve spent 2 hours trying to figure out how to get this replaced and had no luck though the virtual agent or other ways I've tried. I purchased this cartridge from Best Buy and they won't take it back and said I need to contact HP directly- please help!
