 Hello.

I have cancelled my HP instant ink and I want to completely delete my account.

I also want any details that you hold on me deleted.

@J-Jackson, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Kindly refer to this document to know how to cancel your Instant Ink subscription. Once you have canceled the account, HP Instant Ink servers will no longer be able to monitor the ink levels and status of your printer.

 

HP does not collect any customer details other than that provided on the account. Once canceled, it will be removed from the database.
