Hp Deskjet 2700
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer doesn't print with any inkt or sometimes with light pink. I tried to clean the cartridges and other options from the HP website but nothing works

@TR01, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand the print quality is not satisfactory. Have you tried using alternate ink cartridges and check if that works?

Insert one ink cartridge at a time and try printing to identify the defective ink cartridge.

Try making a standalone copy in color from the flatbed glass and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

Check the ink levels and replace any low/empty ink cartridge.

Perform the steps mentioned in this document - Black Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues

Clean the ink cartridges up to 2 times and print a test page to check the result.

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options.

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
