My DeskJet 3630 has stopped responding to Pc "Print".  I've used HP Print and Scan Doctor but not solved the problem.  I suspect that I need to find a download file somewhere since using the Doctor but can't do so.  The printer seems to run its own test OK.  What can I do to get back to where it was yesterday?

Thanks for the info which I have saved for future usein case it is needed.  As it happens, for no reason evident to me, the darned thing has just started working correctly anyway. That may probably be due to some extent because I switched my Pc off for the night and rebooted it next day, whereupon ...... !   Beats me, but I am happy for the time being at least.

I am really pleased with you HP Forum guys.    You've already helped me with earlier other problems and not always with HP bases.

     Cheers,

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Please Uninstall and Reinstall the FULL feature software following these steps:

1. Uninstall the software in your computer
2. Download and save the FULL feature software (do not install it online)
The following resource will help you :
https://support.hp.com/sg-en/drivers

Key in your printer model, Operating System and download & install the FULL feature software.

3. Install the FULL feature “Saved” software

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.

If you are not sure how to do this, the following resource will walk you through the steps:

How to Uninstall Download & Reinstall a Printer software

Hope that helps!
