DeskJet 3700 All-in-One strange error

DeskJet 3700 All-in-One Printer series
Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

Hello,

my printer does not work: a pop-up message appears indicating a problem with the cartridge sliding when i try to print. I verify but the slider isn't blocked. The display flashes and looks crazy. Here some pics
