Product: Deskjet 2620
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've had this printer for 18 months without a problem. Last night I signed up for InstantInk. Immediately after I completed that process the info light turned orange and stayed that way. I tried the hard reset recommended in another question, by an HP moderator, but it didn't help.

  1. Is anything wrong with my printer? So far its still printing fine.
  2. How can I take off this light? It's bugging me.

It would have been nice if you'd have given the info here.  I have the HP Deskjet 2620; just signed up for the instant ink (when I signed up it said 200 pages/month for $4.99 but all of a sudden that changed to half that).  Anyway, info light is on.
