I am unable to access settings in the EWS due to a password that I have no knowledge of and I can’t seem to reset or remove it. Trying to deactivate and then reactivate web services to generate a claim code. Tried adding the product using direct WiFi but it requests a password which I assume is the same so I’m unable to add it or claim it that way either
