After upgrading to Mac os Big Sur i can't print. The printer is being recognized by the os, i can see it's status i can even scan but i can't print. When i try to print it says "waiting for printer to become available".
I've tried to reset printing system, remove and add the printer, delete drivers from Library/Printers, re-installing HP software from easy start, uninstalling and installing hp essential software. Nothing worked.

Hi,
Please try following below version of HP Easy Start, as soon as it launches open the top HP Easy Scan menu and select Uninstall HP Software.
Follow the steps on screen and then click on Set Up New Device and follow the steps to reinstall the printer:

I have the same issue with you. Tried every driver available with no luck. It only prints right after Mac restarts. May be that could be the clue. Apparently there is something wrong with the HP driver software because it was before big sur when I successfully printed.
