Hi I have just received my new printer and having lots of issues setting it up. Firstly it isn’t acknowledging the cartridges I have installed and the ink carriage makes a very loud bang when I try printing a test page then it says E3 on screen
Additionally the smart app is not finding any of my networks available to me at home (I have 2) and both of them are working with all other devices so not a router or connection issue.
any help would be appreciated as I cannot speak to a person at HP just a robot online that isn’t helping at all!
