Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

The deskjet 2700 shows it is connected via the HP app to my PC, in the green ready state. The ink cartridge is low. When i hit the print button, there is no response. However, when i print via the mobile, the print job goes through. Pls let me know why the print job via the PC is not going through.
