HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer scans and copies OK but when I print it will lock intermittently with the control panel flashing and LEDs flashing orange. The wifi LED stays solid blue.  I have used your Tools and Diagnostics to check firmware and driver levels. I have also tried a Factory Reset. Can you please help.
