Product: HP DeskJet 2720 All-in-One Printer

I’m trying to set up a Deskjet 2720. It wants the app want the ‘set up’ cartridges. I’ve installed the ones I have. Can anyone advise on how to move forward? Thanks!

Reset the 2720

  • Disconnect the power cable while the printer is on.
  • Press and hold the power button and cancel button together and plug the power cable simultaneously.
  • Continue to hold for 20 seconds and let go the buttons and allow the printer to initialize
