Hi,
I've printed from my Iphone 12 for the last 3 years with no particular issues and then last month I upgraded to a Samsung Fold6 and I'm getting various printing errors.
Over the last 3 days or so it has printed ok but in my notifications on my fold6 it generates an error each time but does at least print it which is fine but i cant find anything on the error 530CC9.
At other times it only prints the top 3 lines of a document which is weird and then kicks out the sheet as though it has finished.
Any ideas please?

Hi @Nigel2129
Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP device, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.
If you’re experiencing printing issues with your HP DeskJet 4100 series printer from your Samsung Fold6, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:
1. Check Printer Compatibility:
- Ensure that the printer is compatible with your Samsung Fold6. Sometimes, updates or changes in device settings can affect connectivity.
2. Update Printer Firmware:
- Make sure your printer's firmware is up to date. You can usually do this through the HP Smart app or the printer's web interface if it has one.
3. Reinstall the Printer on Your Phone:
- Remove the printer from your Fold6’s settings and then re-add it:
- Go to Settings > Connections > Printing.
- Remove the printer and then reconnect it.
4. Check Print Settings:
- Ensure that the print settings on your Fold6 are correctly configured. Check the document format, paper size, and other settings.
5. Clear the Print Queue:
- If there are stuck print jobs, they can cause issues. Clear the print queue by going to the print settings and deleting any queued jobs.
6. Try a Different App:
- Sometimes the issue may be app-specific. Try printing from a different app (like Google Docs or Adobe Acrobat) to see if the issue persists.
7. Check Network Connection:
- Make sure your printer and phone are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. A weak connection can lead to printing errors.
8. Reset Printer Settings:
- Resetting the printer to factory settings can resolve persistent issues. Refer to the printer’s user manual for instructions on how to perform a reset.
I hope this helps! Keep me posted.
