Deskjet GT 5820 Wireless Printing Problem + Black Ink Problem

I am experiencing multiple problems. First - after changing routers from N routers to mesh routers, I am unable to connect to the printer despite inputting the last password.

 

I tried to recover the password by pressing and holding the wireless printing problem - to no avail because now the printer's black ink cannot print. The first attempt produced a streaky page and almost illegible text. Now I don't get any black ink at all!

 

This is all very frustrating for a lightly used printer that's slightly over 2 years old.

Additional information:

 

The printer was already set up for wireless printing with the computer I am currently using. It no longer works despite me moving the printer to just a meter away from the computer.

I cannot log in to the printer despite entering the password I used before.

The wireless connection light just keeps on blinking.

Hello, 

 

While the printer is on, you may press and hold  the Wifi button and the Cancel button on the printer for 30 seconds. This would reset the Wireless module on the printer. 

After which use HP SMART APP to configure the printer.

Below is the URL to access HP SMART APP and the steps.
