Product: HP DeskJet 4130e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Everytime i print a page, no matter where from. The print comes out an inch or two right of where it should be. It's very frustrating because i've tried cleaning the print heads, and printing the alignment page, but nothing seem to change the fact the print comes out off center.

 

The printer is still covered under the care pack, is it possible to have this repaired or replaced?

Please, if the warranty period is within the warranty period, you can contact HP and request a technical assessment.
