Hi @SandMan9,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I understand that you are facing connectivity issues. I’d like to help!

Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only.

Do you get an error message when trying to connect to the Wi-Fi?

Is it a private (Home network) or a public Wi-Fi connection? Wi-Fi direct? Or Hotspot?
What device are you using the printer with a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or iPhone?

First what you will do is to restore the network defaults on the printer. To do this, quickly press the Wireless button on the panel of your printer, use the three buttons to the left of the screen to select Settings, and then select Defaults and the network defaults will be restored on your printer.

Update firmware if available on your current OS. click here

Keep me posted for further assistance.
