HP Deskjet 2752
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer is just a few months old, worked fine when I got it, and still works fine on the laptop and iPad, but quit working from the desktop. From the desktop, it shows "ready" and clearly sees the printer connected to the network, but won't print and now insists I set up an account to print from the cloud.

I have no desire to print from the cloud and want it work as it did when I first got it.

I uninstalled the "Smart" app that was required to run this printer. And I've reinstalled it.

I've used HP's "troubleshooting" software (to no good result).

My windows software is up to date.

I have turned off the printer, unplugged it, turned it back on, etc.

Looking for additional troubleshooting to get this back working. Tired of transferring files to the laptop to print.

Thanks.
