I have tried on and off for three months to get my Deskjet working. When I check the warranty it says "This product has been exchanged" I have no idea why it would say that....I bought it new about 18 months ago and used it for a month before it went into storage. Now I cant get it to cooperate at all and I go round and round online DIY with HP Smart and troubleshooting and then when I try to get support , I end up where I started with the same Your device has been exchanged message. Can someone assist me please?
