I have a touchscreen printer that I am trying to set-up but I do not have the set-up cartridges. Can this be bypassed?

All new printers come with setup cartridges and if you purchased new and did not get them, you should return the printer to the place of purchase. If you bought the printer, knowing there were no setup cartridges, then you will need to purchase standard cartridges and then call Technical Support to receive a code to bypass the setup cartridge message and allow setup with the standard cartridges. Phone Assist Worldwide | HP® Official Site
