Color LaserJet Pro MFP M182nw - When I go to print  a document only a vertical portion prints out. There is a left margin of about 3 inches and a right margin of about 2 inches. The text on the left side reads correctly, but the right side is cut off.  Another odd thing is that instead of immediately printing,  the printer will not print unless I press the OK button.

What I have done:

1. Uninstalled and reinstalled with current driver

2. Checked the set up make sure letter size was selected

3. Confirmed original document did not have margin settings other than 1" default

4. Re-booted both computer and printer

5. Used a different computer - same result

6. Ran the HP diagnostics. Said no issues were found

Based on the fact that you have to press a button to print and the description of image placement you have a mismatch between the paper size the document is formatted for and paper you have loaded. Of this is a PDF often the problem is that the print settings are set to chose paper size based on PDF settings

Thanks. I note when I put the paper tray in, I get the message that the paper in the tray is set for DL envelope (even though the paper in the tray is letter) and to press OK to modify. I pressed OK and was able to scroll over to letter and now it's printing full size.
