Hi @Vitocee,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like there might be an issue with the printer queue or the printer itself. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the problem.
Check Printer Queue:
- On your computer, go to the printer queue.
- Make sure there are no pending print jobs stuck in the queue. If there are, try deleting them and then try printing again.
Restart Printer:
- Turn off your printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait for a few minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on again.
- Try printing a test page to see if it works.
Update Printer Drivers:
- Sometimes outdated printer drivers can cause printing issues. Check if there are any updates available for your printer drivers and install them.
Check Printer Connection:
- Make sure that the printer is properly connected to your computer. If you're using a USB connection, try using a different USB port. If you're using a network connection, ensure that the printer is connected to the network properly.
Reset Printer:
- You can try resetting your printer to its default settings. Refer to the printer's manual for instructions on how to do this.
Check for Hardware Issues:
- Check if there are any hardware issues with the printer, such as paper jams or low ink levels. Replace any empty ink cartridges and clear any paper jams if necessary.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
