Does anybody ever get help on this site?

This has been the most useless site I have ever used in attempting to resolve a problem with a computer or accessory.  Almost two months ago I received an error message on my printer when I was replacing an HP color cartridge.  I had rep[lace the black and a cyan cartridge about a month earlier as they were low but not the magenta or yellow.  I tried restarting the printer and any other number of solutions that I found on the internet with no fix.  Then I came across this site and the person who responded, Betty0610 was useless!  Either she can't read or is just ignorant.  I explained that I had written a letter to HP in Palo Alto about my situation with the codes from the original HP 935 color cartridge box and my printer model # and her first question was, "What printer model did I have?".  Then she suggested I replace the new defective cartridge with the old one to which I replied I threw the old one out.  Then she sent me a link suggesting I reboot the computer and other suggestions which I found on the internet earlier.  If I continue with her my warranty will expire by October 2021.  Then she suggested I go to the store where I bought the ink 7 months ago like I still have a receipt.

 

So I guess my solution is to buy another 935 combo or to trash my printer and buy something other than HP!
