How can I setup-up this printer for double-sided printing?
In Preferences -> Printers & Scanners -> HP Office Jet Pro 6960 -> Options: I don't have the option for setting-up double-sided printing

Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Forums.
Can you try this:
From your application E.g. Word, if you need to print, press "command +P"
Under "Copies and Pages" > Layout
Under Layout > Select Two-sided (Long-Edge binding or Short-Edge Binding)
Hope that helps!

Hi Greenturtle,
Thanks for you prompt answer. I installed software HP Office Jet Pro 6960.app (version 11.4) dated 20-12-2016. Do you suggest that I delete this (or overwrite it) installing HP_Easy_Start.app (dated Dec 15, 2016), suggested bu you, instead?
Thanks,
TGPZ

I followed the directions given for double sided printing. I am printing a four page document and I got page 1 printed, then page 3 on the back of page 1 upsidedown. Pages 2 and 4 were not printed at all.
If I print with out double sided selected, then all four pages print, using four sheets of paper.
Any suggestions?
