Product: HP Laserjet pro m281fdw
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I recently downloaded the newest update to my printer. Ever since I have been unable to use it to due to "supply problem" error message. How do I access the downgrade to the firmware update for mac computers. It's extremely unfair to have to purchase $300+ worth of ink when I have several extra toner cartridges that have been working fine throughout the entire time I have owned this printer. Extremely frustrating and hindering my ability to do my job. Please help.
