Downgrading my hp instant ink plan to free tier

HP Recommended
hp officejet pro 9015

I upgraded my plan (accidentally) from the free plan to the next plan up and in an attempt to downgrade again I noticed that the free option was no longer available. I have realized that I do not print enough to need any more than 15 pages per month. I am wondering if I can somehow downgrade back to the sufficient free 15-page plan I was on prior to using an unnecessarily expensive plan. However, if that is not a possible option my next possible inquiry would be as follows: is there some way I can discount the plan that I am on currently as: a) I do not use more than 15 pages per month, and therefore should not be paying the price for pages that I do not use.
