Hi,
I bought a printer in May 2020, I had taken a 2 month trial on one of the printing plans, At the time of the setup it indicated that I would be able to change the plan to free plan once the trial period expired.
I don't see the option to change to free plan now. Please help downgrade the plan. My printing needs are quite low as it is a home printer, I would like to use the free plan only. Had I know the trial would not allow me to downgrade to free plan, I would not have opted for the trial.
I would have opted to pay additional changes for any extra printing that I do.
Can you please help to downgrade my plan to free plan. I am fine if there are some charges on a retrospective basis due to downgrade.
