I need to install drivers on a stand alone PC.  The printer did not ship with install media and there is no way to order a disk from HP.  The PC does not connect to the internet.  What is the best way to download the installation software to a portable drive and install on the Vista machine?

Hi:

There are no drivers for that model printer for Vista...W7 and newer only.

You can see if the Windows Server 2008 driver works on Vista.

That would be the closest OS to Vista from the list of drivers on the support page.

Download the driver from a PC with an internet connection.

Copy the driver file to a USB flash drive.

Plug the flash drive into your standalone PC and install it that way.
