Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
That’s frustrating—especially when duplex printing should work seamlessly.
Since your HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e is only printing page 2 of a duplex job, here are some troubleshooting steps to try:
1. Check Duplex Printing Settings
- Open Printer Preferences in Windows.
- Ensure Print on Both Sides is enabled.
- Set Duplex Printing Mode to Automatic instead of Manual.
2. Update Printer Firmware
- Visit the HP Support page and download the latest firmware update.
https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16 - Install the update and restart the printer.
3. Reset the Printer
- Turn off the printer and unplug it for 60 seconds.
- Press and hold the Power button for 15 seconds.
- Plug it back in and turn it on.
