The easiest way to print a double sided copy from two single sided originals on the Officejet Pro 8620 would be as follows: load the originals in the Automatic Document Feeder. On the screen press Copy, select 1:2, press Black or Color depending on what you want.

The Officejet Pro 8620 also has the ability to automatically copy double sided documents, you may have to slide down the selection page a bit to get the 2:1 and 2:2 options.
