Hi @sjoseph2,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The error code "E0" on your HP DeskJet 4155e All-In-One Printer typically indicates that the printer is not connected to the network or cannot find the network. Here are steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve this issue.
Check Network Connection:
- Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your Wi-Fi network.
- Check if the Wi-Fi icon on the printer's control panel is lit or blinking, indicating a connection.
Restart Printer and Router:
- Turn off your printer and then unplug the power cord from the router.
- Wait for about 30 seconds.
- Plug the router back in and wait for all lights to stabilize.
- Turn on your printer and allow it to connect to the network again.
Reconnect Printer to Wi-Fi:
- On the printer's control panel, navigate to the Wi-Fi setup or network settings.
- Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password if prompted.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.
Update Printer Firmware (if possible):
- Sometimes updating the printer's firmware can resolve connectivity issues.
- Check the HP support website for any available firmware updates for your printer model and follow the instructions to update it.
Check for Interference:
- Make sure there are no physical obstructions blocking the Wi-Fi signal to the printer.
- Ensure that the printer is within a reasonable range of your Wi-Fi router and not too far away.
Factory Reset (if necessary):
- As a last resort, you can perform a factory reset on the printer to clear all settings and reconnect it to the network from scratch. Be aware that this will erase all settings including Wi-Fi network configurations.
By following these steps, you should be able to troubleshoot and resolve the "E0" error on your HP DeskJet 4155e printer and get it connected to your network again.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
