Hi

I’ve tried all the possible fixes I can find on the internet, including here. I have cleared any paper in there and nothing seems to be in the wrong place. I’ve checked the rollers.  However the error persists.

Originally the printer made a loud clunking noise just before it jammed.

I’m assuming that something is loose/broken but the poor access design makes it impossible to get in there.

Any suggestions outside of the normal checks. Thanks

This video reviews how to fix the error e3 in the HP Smart Tank 5100 series printer, and this also helps to fix the e3 error in the HP Smart Tank 5101, 5102, 5103 printers. This will fix the error e3 and the flashing orange light that is because of the printheads that are not locked properly ...
