Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

 

An E6 error indicates a generic printer error.

 

First try to Restart the Printer

  1. Turn off the printer.
  2. Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
  3. Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
  4. Plug the power cord back in.
  5. Turn on the printer.
